I hope he goes to prison!

Long story short my brother is a felon (drug related) and he got caught ownig a firearm. Today he has court and honestly I secretly hopes he goes to prison. He would get up to 4 years max for this. I say this because growing up he has always been in and out of trouble with the law (clearly) and he ALWAYS manages to weasel his way out of things, he uses people, he is very selfish, and often only thinks of his self. God forbid it's ever his fault and he has to deal with things. He is 28, not married, no kids, and no career so he wouldn't really be leaving anything on the outside. I honesty feel that prison would be a good thing for him, perhaps the wake up call he needs to straighten up his life, and for him to FINALLY learn there are penalties for your actions. Is it wrong that I wish he would end up serving time?

I know it's wrong to wish something bad upon someone however, I can't help but feel this way. It seems like he keeps "messing up" persay and nothing ever comes out of it. Just a little slap on the wrist here and there but nothing major.

Prison might help. Then again, it might just make him a better criminal...
