No sometimes a child jut has bad teeth that run in the family.

It depends on the situation. Sometimes, yes. But other times, people, even adults are more prone to cavities and there isn't a whole lot you can do to prevent it.

Eh, it depends on the situation.  My sister produces excessive amounts of plaque, so even though my parents were on her all the time about brushing, a cavity or two would still happen.
