I have a friend who feeds her kids the worst most processed food for every single meal.
For breakfast they get either fruity pebbles or cocoa puffs.
Lunch they get processed frozen fake chicken nuggets, fish sticks, pizza rolls or frozen pizza.
Dinner she makes the same kind of stuff. Everything is frozen processed meals like stouffers or fish sticks.. mac n cheese etc. She told me they have never had ANY fresh vegetables or fruit of any kind in their house.
For snacks she gives them fruit loops or cheetos.
I just dont see how people can do that to their kids?? How do they even thrive honestly?? There is absolutely nothing nutritious about any of that stuff. I think its awful to do that to your children.
I dont find it normal or healthy to have a 4 and a 6 year old that have never tasted any kind of fresh fruit or veggies.. I mean why not add that in if you refuse to cook?? That doesnt require cooking.
