People don't usually think about this but when there is an outbreak all are at risk.

Vaccines are not 100% effective. Not all children and babies are completely gazed at one time. Vaccines are important to cut down on outbreaks....NOT stop them. If everyone is vaccinated the risk of an outbreak is minimal to none.
Those carrying and who are vaxed do not have symptoms. Therefore the disease is not transmitted. The vaxed and non vexed are safe.

Children and adults who are not vaxed and who have symptoms of a disease are the ones who cause the outbreaks.
