I have really bad anxiety & take zanax. Im wondering if there is a natural supplement to take with it to help the anxiety more.

I currently take two .5 mg. A day, but it wears off. I don't want to take more BC I don't want to run out before my next prescription is filled. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Anyone ever ear of kava kava?

ST JOHNS WORT--helps with mild depression and anxiety.  RELORA--blocks the stress hormone cortisol

What are you anxious about?  Wouldn't it be better to work on the problem rather than drug it?

This isn't always simple. I have had panic attacks for no reason. I can be minding my business and end up feeling terrified. Some people need medication.

Stay away from caffeine, and try a multivitamin with folate, or a folate supplement such as MTHF. I take it, for other reasons, but a folic acid incompatibility is linked to anxiety and depression.

I second valerian root. Also my local coop sells anxiety drops you put under your tongue. They help a lot and immediately.
