strange red dots on toddler?

what is it!? my 2 year old has two red dots on her back. they are small, about the size of a typical bug bite, but the skin is not raised at all. the rash does not have a different texture. there is no indentation or pus pocket in the rash. honestly, they look like miniature cigarette burns [i watch a lot of law and order]. but of course that is not what they actually are.

she has not eaten anything new, has not been anywhere new. she could be sick, her nose ran for a minute last night and she felt warm but not warm enough to take her temp.

i am just curious if anyone else has experienced this? the dots are not getting bigger or spreading. just a curious mama! my daughter seems prone to random body rashes. the other week she had a bumpy red rash across her lower back that looked like heat rash, but that day was in the low 70's with a chilly wind and she was in the shade all day, so strange!

Scarlett fever maybe? I don't know still could be bug bites though or a reaction to something
