Is what my dd said to me when I was going to drop her off at a birthday party. She didn't even want me to go inside! We don't have much money and I do shower and use some makeup but my clothes are very limited since I lost 109lbs(woohoo) im tryin to save up money and I've been looking in the goodwill, Craigslist etc for clothes. I have found a couple things but they are not very nice. But now my feelings are hurt that my dd doesn't want me near her because what I wear. I just found out through her that the kids and moms talk about how bad I dress.

I thought the trashing would have stopped once I lost all that weight. I guess not:(

1 mom liked this

How old is she? I'm sorry, that would hurt! If she's under ten, she probably didn't mean it in a bad way. If she's older you should have a talk with her about how appearance isn't everything, and maybe refocus her on more important things.
