getting pregnant and then complaining at work that they cant carry something.

last night i went out on a date with dh,our waitress was pregnant, carried everything to our table except the tray, she had one of the waiters carry it. i dont get why you pick a job that will be hard for you to do stuff while pregnant,i mean honestly

Maybe she had the job before getting pregnant.

Maybe she has Dr orders NOT to lift something over a certain weight.

I definitely chose a job based on the mere 9 months of my life that I'd be pregnant

I had my career established long before I ever thought of having kids. It's a lot of hard work and strain on the body and toward the end of my pregnancies, I couldn't do it all anymore. People don't choose their jobs based on how hard it will be to perform if they end up getting pregnant

Maybe she's been working there awhile and is really good at the rest of the job and just needs help delivering large trays of food. Maybe she's high risk. Maybe doc said to not lift over X pounds.

Why are so many people so flippin' judgmental? Good Lord!
