Do you let your children watch music videos?

Most of us grew up in an interesting era, when the music video became a mainstream part of pop culture. I love showing my son, now five, funny or bizarre old music videos, and seeing his reaction.
Does anyone else do this? What videos might you suggest?

Yes, but not "sexy" videos.  My four year old already dances like a stripper. lol

Men in Black: Will Smith.

Everybody or Larger than Life: Backstreet Boys (The first was a halloween video, the second was a freaky space scifi video)

It's Gonna Be Me: N*Sync (Toy store chaos!)

Those are the first ones that come to mind.

It depends on the music video. Some I will let them watch some I won't. They recently watched the video for "we're not gonna take it" and the LOVED it. I skip through the beginning when the dad is screaming at the kid but other than that it's fine.

Some. Tom Petty videos, Micheal Jackson, stuff like that. Not the crap that gets played now. He also loves the Laurie Berkner Band.

Some videos my son has seen over the years and found amusement with:
Phil Collins, Land of Confusion.
Owl City, Fireflies.
Michael Jackson. Leave me Alone.
Grateful Dead, Touch of Grey.
Tom Petty, Last Dance with Mary Jane.
Fiona Apple, Not about Love, Paper bag, and Every single night.
Alanis, Ironic

Oh my gosh, per your suggestion, I just let my boy watch Nsync, it's gonna be me. There was so much of him saying "What the...?" And I am just laughing at the images and sounds that were so popular at the turn-of-the-century.

Well, yes, but my daughter is only 2 and the "music videos" she watches are the ABCs or Sesame Street clips on YouTube :P I think when she's older it'll be fun to revisit some videos of songs I used to listen to. I never watched many videos though, although I do remember I used to watch Pop Up Video when I got home from school :P
