Is this a sign he's guilty????

Lately I've had a feeling my husband could be cheating on me.  He has all of a sudden been buying new clothes and taking extra long getting ready for work, worried about how he looks, etc.  He has NEVER acted like that before.  I asked him tonight if anything is going one and he FLIPPED OUT on me, yelling at me telling me I'm a jerk for not trusting him.  He never gets mad like that.  So out of character.  I feel like that makes him seem even more guilty.  What do you think?

Could be.

Sneak his phone and check it out.

Could be a few things. And he could be insulted that you would ask him, doesn't necessarily mean that it's guilt talking.

might be time to go into investigative mode.  I never advise that until you have a really good reason--but with his total change in behavior, might be best to rule it out.

Seems very guilty to me. Next he'll be accusing you of cheating to deflect.

Is he spending a lot of time out? Is he on the computer a lot? Strange phone calls? Texting?

That's one the the classic move when they r up for something. Maybe not cheating yet maybe there is someone at work that he like to impress! How is it sex life?

I feel like it must be someone at work.  I don't know how I could find out for sure.  I've checked his phone before, but he's not stupid, he would delete any calls or messages.
