$760 mortgage
3 bedrooms
2.5 bathrooms
2100 sq. ft.
Atlanta

There's a pool which is hardly used (except by us) & our homeowners dues are $175. The HOA dues sounded pricy to me at first, but it covers basic cable making my cable/ Internet bill $40 a month.

I live in New England. My home was built in 1879. 4 bedrooms plus an office. 2 bathrooms. About 1800 sq ft. Our payment is $900 on a 20 year mortgage, but we pay $2000 a month to pay it off faster.

I am moving as we speak to the state of Washington. One of the main reasons we chose the area is because rent is a lot cheaper than here in Montana.

$599/mo

2 bedroom

I am not exactly sure of the SQ feet of the new apartment

Spokane, WA
