If you had a name, city, and approximate age...could you find someones husband?

Here is the deal.  I am going through a divorce.  Ex already has a girlfriend who is going through a divorce.  Mutual friend just told me that both of them were doing drugs around her kids and were both high as kites.  She is fighting her soon to be ex for full custody and my friend would like to know who to talk to.

so her ex is the other women in your scenario? Without a chang of address I'm not sure how anyone could help on here. Tracing credit card/ debit card activity is the most common way. Cellphone pings but that would require the authority .

Marriage records are public record. So, if you know the woman's name and the county they got married in then you can look up their marriage certificate and get he husband's name.
