Why does my dog eat/lick the crotch of my underwear?

I normally wont go anon for serious things but I know people will bash and I don't want this attached to me forever.

My dog likes to eat/lick my underwear crotches. I have to look him out of my bathroom or he will try to eat/lick them while I'm using the bathroom. I put everything in a hamper but when I leave the house he topels it over and gets into my underwear when I come home all the crotches are soaking wet and slober filled. I contrantly tell him "NO" and pop in on his nose for this but he continues. It really creeps me out.

Please, how can I stop him?

BTW: he only does this to me. Not to my husband or DS.

It has to do with your scent. It's not uncommon.

dogs are just disgusting animals. my mom's dog will eat used pads and tampons and baby diapers. she also steals used underwear as well.  we have to keep the bathroom door closed and all trash outside otherwise she will get into it and eat it. thats just how some dogs are. I don't think there really anything you can do to get them to stop doing it. just keep it out of their reach.

Because he likes the smell/taste of your secretions.

Have you tried closing the door so he can't get to the hamper?  It might help to spray your panties with No Chew or another "dog deterrent" after you use them, so he starts to associate them with unpleasant smells and tastes.

No clue. It pisses me off though. Some dogs do it and some dont. Is it a little dog?

Lots of dogs do it. Close the door to where the hamper is. Its really common. Dogs are gross.
