Depends on if the house is worth it.  If it's run down, needs work, in a bad neighborhood then definitely not.

I couldnt with murder... violent crime that didnt endin death yes.... but i have had bad experiences with just being places like that, let alone living there

My ex boyfriends dad lives in a house where 3 people were murdered it creeped me out going there but it doesnt bother them at all i couldnt do it but hey they got a great price on the house

I just recently found out that the prior and only owner before us died of a heart attack on our home. It gives me the heebie jeebies.

I just get freaked out about it. Ick
