The dr gave her cough medicine with codine in it. That was 35 minutes ago. She now believes she is an airplane, a dinosaur and a bird. She tried to climb on my back to tickle me.she wont lay still and is acting funny. She was so calm before the . Medicine.

My daughter had a reaction to Benadryl when she was 3. They called it a pseudopsychosis. Shee head butted her teachers tipped a full bookcase over on to children. We were told to never give it to her again. It was very scary

Pseudopsychosis doesn't exist... Your kid was throwing a tantrum. Nice try.

:-( I hate when dd takes that type of medicine.

But it is so silly when she is first waking up from sleeping and sleep talks to me. Haha always makes me lol

Well at least it's not violent side effects.

I'm sorry, I know this wasn't intended to be funny, but the image in my head of a 3 year old headbutting her teacher, and then proceeding to tip over an entire bookshelf, made me laugh hysterically.

I bet you're one of those moms that doesn't believe autism exists either. What is wrong with you?

My Dd does that with Benadryl and when she watches Puss in Boots. My DH let her watch it by accident the other day and she bit her sister and hit DH, kicked the dog, jumped around like a maniac on the couches, as well as other things. Not her normal behavior at all.

Serious? How do you know? She woke from sleeping hardly a tantrum .We brought her right to her doctor's office and two different doctors looked up the ingredients.

Get your facts straight brfore you shoot your mouth off next time. You sure were a big help now weren't you?
