I just completely re-decorated both of my kids' bedrooms... and now I have to go to state fair because the food just looks sooooo good... and everybody else is...

Fair food is amazing!! I'm with her :). ( oh we don't have to buy supplies )

I knew someone crying because they couldn't afford a fan in 100° weather nor food for Her kids because she took her last $200 to by a pair of sneakers.

I told her to return then she said no because she deserves nice things too.

Sure at the price of your child's health. Awesome.

Priorities.

It is the mind set that you only think of money in the terms about what you have, not what you could have. A person has 50 bucks. That person feels he or she can go to the state fair and spend 50 buck.

School supplies for 2 kids are 100 bucks. That person can't afford school supplies because he/she only has 50 bucks.

This person doesn't think in terms of, "If I put this extra $50 bucks away and save $50 bucks from when I get paid, I will be able to buy school supplies."

If somebody feels that way, shop in advance, Stores are always having Back to school sales months ahead of time
