I found a jar in the back of the cupboard.  I am desperate lol, seriously in so much pain with tonsilitis.

Is it still ok to eat?

Will it still work?

*thankyou!!!!! Finally some relief!  I am going to make some lemon tea with it too.  The whole jar turned golden and gooey in the hot water, thank you!!

Yes. Run it under warm water to re-liquify it. Honey lasts literally thousands of years without spoiling.

To the best of my knowledge, honey never spoils.

Put the jar in hot water to re-liquify it.  Don't use the microwave.
