The two oldest kids started school Monday and yesterday i noticed my 5 year old was sniffling and lo and behold we all woke up with colds this morning. Fun stuff. 4 kids and 2 adults with a cold.

That sucks... my girls got it too it was either puttin one the toddlers in the cart at walmart and daddy didnt wipe it down she was the first to get sick so I am guessing thats how.  They never go out much mainly because of that when they do they get sick and it spreads like wildfire.  Or it was when we took  hubby to urgent care for a bad tooth abcess. Lesson learned the kids dont set foot in that place unless its for them and urgent lol.

Wow you ladies make me feel really lucky that I my kids hardly ever get sick lol. I would hate to have to worry about them getting sick just from going to school or the doctor or places like that! Maybe people where I live are just more curteous about staying home when sick? And our schools are very strict about not having kids who are sick at school. And even our doctors office does well checkups early in the day and sick visits later in the day as much as possible. Plus my kids get really really dirty most days, lol, so maybe that has built up their immunites.

Could be worse, it could have been head lice or something.

Classrooms are filthy. After several years of teaching I'm pretty immune to the germs. ;)
