So we rented a storage unit today. My DH went down to sign the papers. The rent $129 a month. He brought back the bill and the total charge was $149. There was an administraton fee of $12 (he says they didn't tell him about it). It's not a huge deal but I am wondering if this is an every month thing. I checked the contract and it says
"Concurrently with the execution of this Rental Agreement, occupant shall pay to Owner $12.00 as a non refundable new account Administration Fee."
Based on the wording, do you think this something that will be charged every month or just a one time fee?
