Ds loves snakes. I tolerate them for him. I am not a fan.

A small constrictor with adult supervision, yes. Any non-poisonous snake with adult supervision, yes.

Personally, I believe in teaching kids safety rather that "stay away" - as in, how to recognize warning signs  in dogs or cats, how to use fire safely, etc.....so if I knew that I knew what I was doing in that situation, yes, I would teach them how to handle it.

Yes!! Is that a Royal Ball Python? It looks identical to the one we had! I need to find my pics... Dd was 3 when she died :( she was so sweet and would rub her face on yours to show affection. We miss her.

aw, is that a ball python?

DS wants one really bad, so do I actually, they are beautiful! But expensive, and right now I don't want anymore pets.
