I took my ds to meet his new teacher today..she seems very nice..but her name..is the alphabet I don't even remember it!! I know the first letter and it ends in ski..why would someone with such a long last name become a teacher? UGH. At least chose to be a HS teacher!!

I had a teacher that had a long last name that was hard to pronounce when I was in middle school and we just called her "Mrs. P"

I have a short last name and 90% of my kids call me Mrs. G. Kids will learn it with no problem!

My last name is long and confusing..when I taught I said "If you can't/don't want to say it just call me Miss E."

Call her Mrs or Ms. and the first letter of her last name, or maybe she will tell the kids what she would like them to call her.

My sons teacher last year had the name Godbehere and its pronounced God be here.
