Old wives tales:
-Only whores use tampons.
-No man will buy the cow if he's had the milk for free.

New wives tales:
-Beastfeeding somehow makes children smarter and provides life long health benefits.
-Only co sleeping, baby wearing, nurse my kid until it's 20 mothers love and context with their children.

Can someone say BULLSHIT?

Carry high = boy, carry low = girl (or vice versa, can't remember)

Bad heartburn = baby born with tons of hair

Rubbing lotion/oil/butter into your tummy will prevent stretch marks (yeah right).

Breastfeeding does have long term health benefits for mom and baby. Obviously you don't read much.

There is little to no proof of that breastfeeding has much to do with life long health.

Apparently your just another little sheep.

Don't tell anyone you are pg until after the 3rd month, its bad luck.

Tie you wedding band to a string and have someone hold it over your baby bump. It it circles its a boy, swings back and forth its a girl.
