she does his homework

Posted by Anonymous   + Show Post

My friend is a bit nuts. I found out last night she does her sons homework so he can spend more time on his x box. I ask why she said "that is how he socializes he has anxiety" I seriously want to slap her

Such a bad idea.  It's not only a cheat but it going to make him fail in school.  Ask he how he's going to pass his tests if he doesn't know the work?

1 mom liked this

I had a student whose mom would do a lot of his homework. She would fill in the answers while he was at baseball practice and then he would erase her work and write over it. A few times he forgot and I ended up grading work with his mom's answers still in the blanks. This was brought up at conferences :)

How does him having social anxiety have anything to do with NOT doing his homework!?  LOL

My son has ADHD and ODD...so we deal with alot of psychological issues but I wouldn't do his homework.  I do help him, he's 7.  What's she going to do when he is grown?  Go to work for him?
