Not having any water? My now ex husband didnt pay any bills when he said he did and took all of my moeny and left. This happened while i was at the store. Im glad the fs were in my name. I took my baby next door to giv her a bath and get jugs of water so we have water to cook and at least wipe her down. It been off since 1pm it is now almost midnight. Ive been trying to figure out what to do. I have no friends and no family. If someone caught wind of this and called CPS can they take my baby away??

I HAVE WATER!!!! :) my great aunt who live 3000 miles away called me out of blue(haven't heard from her in a year) weren't close so we barely talk. But anyways i payed the water company 100$. Went to the police and filed chargers on my now ex husband. I can get all my money back because i only cashed my paychecks and the bank has those on record!

Yes. No running water is means for taking a child away.
I would suggest finding a woman's shelter.

Maybe...call the water company and set up a payment plan. If you're working on it, I don't think so.

Call the water company and turn him in to the court for child endangerment.
