My SO and i recently had sex and for some odd reason after sex when i go to use the restroom, it hurts really bad and i become very swollen.
Im also 25 weeks pregnant if that means anything. Unprotected sex always, no anal, finishes inside me.
Sorry if tmi and now my baby feels low and some pressure.
Any idea what this can be? I have a doc appointment tuesday so i dont need to call the doc tomorrow.

It's normal to be super swollen down there when you're pregnant. Just wait a few more minutes for everything to go back to normal.
