Rats nests hair!

UGh! I don't know what to do with my hair. I feel like I have to constantly brush out underneath my hair otherwise it tangles and I end up with a rats nest.

I do a deep condition. I don't use hot tools on my hair. I try not to put my hair up in pony tails. I have no idea what to do with my dry hair :(

Could you braid it at night so it isn't so tangled? How long is it?

Go to a salon and get a conditioning treatment.

Wavy. It's extremely thick and very wavy.

It's past my shoulders. Around shoulder blades.

Why do you try not to put it up?

My DD has thick unruly hair and leave-in conditioner and a straight iron is her friend.

Honestly, it happens during the day too. I had to rebrush my hair a few minutes ago because of the small tangles. I feel like i have to brush my hair every hour to prevent it from tangling.

Are you putting mousse in it after you shower?

RANDOM NOTE: Did you know that the FDA legally allows 1lb. of rat hair to go into our food from the products we eat yearly?
