S/O If he terminates his parental rights...

That means he's not the father anymore right? And he doesn't have the right to pop in and out of the child's life? Or 'demand' to know things about the child's life? Or 'demand' to see the child?

Now, is it the same for a woman? If a person messes up enough to not just lose custody of the child, but also all rights to the child, do you think they should still be able to claim the child?

The other post kind of bugged me. You sign away your rights but then get mad that someone stepped up and is raising the child? Would you be upset if someone 'replaced' you because you left?

Correct. He loses all rights and obligations to the child.

It means he has no rights or responsibilities. So no, he can't demand anything.

I think that would be a no he can not do any of those things once he's no longer willing to have parental rights.
