Did you have cramps when you got pregnant? I think I might be and im having just some random cramping. Im not supposed to start for another 2 weeks but im on birth control and was an idiot taking antibiotics and didn't even think about it until the cramping started.

I felt implantation with this pregnancy, and have had steady cramping since that day.

But it feels very different than period cramps.

Yes, every time. I assume it was my uterus adjusting to being pregnant.

I fornd out I was pregnant and found out I had severe pelvic inflammitory disease at the same time so I was pretty crampy but not sure which issue caused it more,

I felt some in my first but not til late like 15 wks but i didn't know if it was from the pregnancy or just something else. I had terrible painful gas with my first so I didn't know if that was it.
