Are my grandkids biracial?

Their Mom is white and their dad is Chilean. He considers himself white, but he is really quite brown. Would my grandkids be considered biracial, multiethnic, or what?

Multiethnic.  Race is a made up thing.

Do you LOVE your grand kids? Are they happy and cared for by their dad?

That's what matters. But, yes they are biracial or whatever you want to call it.

My son is half Caucasian American and half white Colombian. We call him a Central American. :)

Race suggests that there is a sub-section of human being.  There is no sub-section or sub-species of human.  Race is a made up concept put in place for social reasons.  There is no biological entity that warrants the term race.

And if you don't believe me here is a good read on the subject.

Are you trying to decide his race for him? Lol, if he says he is white, he is white. Lots of people that have brown skin are considered Caucasian. If they aren't Asian, African, or Native American, they are Caucasian. Most of the "Americas" were invaded by Europeans which means people from those countries are often now more white than indigenous. If they say they are white, they are white.

Your grandkids are white.
