ETA: It's a samosa from a food vendor in India. This is where we had lunch.  LOL

ETA2: There is no meat in it. It's only vegetarian food. Potatoes and peas are usually in them.

Is this in US? I've eaten from street vendors in many third world countries. I love Samosas. But I will only eat from one if it looks clean.

I've eaten in many food stalls in Turkey and Egypt that look just like that and the food was delicious and I didn't get sick!
