Free Cookies!

Last night I took my kids out for a soft serve at Burger King after dinner. A lady brings her child in to use the bathroom, and the whole time the girl is begging for a cookie. The mother says no, she didn't have money with her.

Then... She proceeds to ask the employee at the desk for a free cookie for her kid, and they give it to her.

Thoughts?

They should not have given her a free cookie.

I think it was nice of them but she shouldn't have asked.

It's only $.50 for a cone. A lot cheaper than anywhere else.

Burger kings soft serve cones are only 50 cents.  The quality is the same as any other place.

Well that was nice of them.  Hopefully it was a manager that did it and not a crew member, or if it was a crew member that person didn't get in trouble.  When I worked fast food things like that were a big no-no.
