So I was sitting and all of a sudden felt a gush followed by a strong cramp. I became concerned cause I thought maybe my period even though I just had it last week so I went to the bathroom. No blood in my underwear, when I wiped or mixed in with my pee but I noticed these three spots that at first looked like blood so I scooped them out and further looked at them and they were more brown/red then blood red. They were flat, but about a year ago I had an u/s and I had a very small kidney stone. The dr. said they weren't going to remove it because it was so small and I just had to wait for it to pass. I never saw anything until now. Is it possible this is the stone all broken up?

Possibly - save and take to your doctor.

I've never actually seen one, so I have no clue.

That sounds like a kidney stone. Is your pee normal colored other than that?

Most likely. You're lucky if it passed without excruciating flank pain!!

Yep. Mine came out kind of dissolved. I passed little bits of it for a week and finally got a big chunk (I had to strain my pee every damn time). The big chunk was almost the consistency of wet chalk. I had to take it to be analyzed by a lab, but don't remember what it was made of.

Yes this is possible, however I would call your doctor and bring them in.

It looks like a spot of blood or some other bodily fluid.
