Tonight I found 3 adult louse in my daughter's hair. What is the best method of getting rid of them? I would prefer to try chemical free products.

Advice please!

Thank you ladies for your advice. My daughter is at The Lice Place having every strand inspected and every egg removed.

Do you mix them both together and soak the hair in it?

Mayo. Put mayo in the hair and a shower cap over it. I don't remember how long you let it sit, but its awhile. A couple of hours, I think??? Anyway, then you take a fine comb to the hair and rinse it out.

Tea tree oil for repellant. Try dousing her head in coconut oil, leave on for one hour at least and then comb comb comb with one of those tiny lice combs. You will have to do this every day for a week at least to get all the eggs. Then put ten drops of tea tree oil in water and have her put that in her hair every day. Wash everything, a lot. Good luck.
