Why is the guy always to blame when everyone is drunk?

If two people are stumbling drunk and decide to have sex why is it only the woman can charge for rape? When everyone was drunk. But if they went to the hospital and had a rape test he would be charged because of all the alcohol in her system when technically he was taped too..

He could legally choose to press charges on her.  But the male mentality and societal pressure keep him quiet.

Its hard for either gender to cry rape if they where the one riding...

Because men are held to a higher standard than women. At least, that is the message I get from our justice system.
