My daughter wants to do it. So I started brain storming
I came up with 3 ideas so far which sounds best to you

Chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter frosting (with crushed peanut butter patties) and a peanutbutter patty on top (maybe crushed cookies in the cupcake too I haven't decided)

Vanilla cupcakes with thin mints crushed in it, mint buttercream with crushed thinmints and a thin mint garnish

Coconut cupcakes with a caramel frosting and crushed caramel delites and half a caramel delite for garnish.

I was also thinking Girl Scout cookie "cake pops" just crushed Cookies with a binder rolled and dipped but that's not really baking.

I would INHALE those coconut cupcakes. Like. . .one sniff and they'd be gone.

I think the vanilla idea has too much mint- its going to be overpowering...you won't be able to taste the vanilla. I think chocolate would be a better flavor to go with all that mint.

I think all 3 sound good. Is this for a birthday party or just because?

The Girl Scouts are having a baking contest, I'm not sure of the rules yet because she just sent a text from scouts but we will get cookies from her troop Leader and bake what ever we want.

I was trying not to hide the thin mints in chocolate cake. Maybe white chocolate? I don't know my first instinct was chocolate and chocolate mint frosting but I don't want to hide the cookies.

Shouldn't it be an idea that your daughter comes up with... I hate when parents take over their kids projects.
