I haven't been to the gyno since my daughter was born (5 years)

Idk why but I'm nervous to even call a doctor. I don't have a regular gyno so I have to call someone new! My heart is racing because of it lol

Imagine how much your heart would race when you got bad news and heard that early prevention would have made it a routine fix?  Please go!

I know that you know...so hows about this?  Before the end of the day, I want to get a notification that you have made significant progress on setting up an appointment, since it sounds like you may need to do some research before you can just make that call.  Make today the day!

I waited three years to be seen. Even if your clean and your husband is clean, ovarian cancer and cervical cancer don't care. Its about prevention.
