So my husband forgot my birthday

And so did my dad! I think my husband feels bad. He told me happy late birthday this morning and said sorry. I said I don't care. It's just another day. My son, 2 1/2, took me for a cheeseburger for my day, that was perfect for me:)

Does your partner forget birthdays? Or other "special" days? How do you feel if they do?

My husband doesn't forget, but I will admit I would be really hurt if he did.

Forgetting mother's day would hurt me more than my birthday.

I do care about those things.

My birthday is Sunday. I won't get anything and my husband will give me a 'happy birthday' text but that's it :(

No, although we have both forgotten our anniversary, haha. We were in the hospital with DD so a lot was going on.

Mine did one year, he was in Korea and I had our dd 2 days before. The next year since he was with us for it, he came home the night before with a new car to make up for the year before and that year. Then this year he's deployed so before he left he made sure he was covered. I got a 9mm and diamond earrings

No he doesn't.  I don't expect much but if he completely forgot, I would be very sad.  That would really hurt my feelings.
