Dh and I went to Target. The pregnant chick with a toddler in front of us were at the register...

I'm minding my own business when I look up and hear the cashier say "sorry but this is expired" and hands back a WIC check. It's then I notice that the woman had separated her big cart of stuff into 2 transactions. So the cashier had wrung up the WIC stuff and the woman had like maybe 15 or so items, including ice cream, left on the conveyer belt.

Any whoo I guess the woman told the cashier she was going to be right back but left all her stuff on the ck fryer belt. She didn't come back either. The cashier put all the stuff aside, but the ice cream, and it took quite a few minutes to ring our stuff because we bought a lot.

How rude and trashy of that woman! I couldn't believe she just walked away. I mean obviously she should have had the money for the stuff she intended to purchase.

Anyways I totally though of cm Walmart stories, lol!

Well she shouldn't have left the items but I'm sure it was really embarrassing for her! I can't imagine. If I ever saw something like that I'd just pay for her things for her. I can't imagine being preg and with a young child and not having the funds to buy what we needed...I feel for her and hope things get better for her

She was probably horribly embarrassed. Poor lady, idk how this makes her trashy. I find you trashy for telling this story. If I had the money I would have bought some of the necessities for her.

I wouldn't say that is trashy, but very rude. She could have told the cashier that she didn't want the items, so no one would have had to wait.
