My midwife said something like four advil AND two tylenol every four hours was ok after birth. Idk if i'm remembering correctly.

If you have cloves you can bite down on one, I made a former roommate do it. He was glad I did, lol. His tooth stopped hurting.

Oil pulling is good for oral pain, too. Google it. I <3 it.
