period wuestion TMI help

Ok I'm due to start my period Sept 29.

I ran an obstacle course that involved jumping a 6ft wall and climbing posts. Needless to say there was pressure on my abdomen, a lot of pressure and pushing and jabbing.

I am now spotting.

Stupid question but could me running that obstacle course over and over have caused this? The rough jabs to my abdominal area?

That was my 1st thought! The timing would be about right for that. Unless she has an internal injury in which case she needs to see a doctor asap.

I know exercise can mess with your periods.  Do you work out a lot?

I Do. I usually am in the gym 3-4 days a week. Here lately I have increased my weight lifting a lot.

My cycle has finally become regular though.

Then its probably not from working out.  Like the other ladies have said the timing does add up with implantation bleeding:)
