I have been married 20 yrs and  a while back , I put on 100lbs also  . I have lost a bit of it, but it was due to anxiety, depression(losing my mom and having a still birth) and dealing with his selfish addiction problems.  The weight did cause me to have chronic health problems(ones that did not go away even with weight loss)  I understand but it is in your best interest to lose it before you wind up like me.

Really? Because I do have weight issues....I'm an overweight person....but 100lbs is alot to sneak up on you! Its not a dumb question....when you notice 20-30lbs "creeping up" you make changes
