At my heaviest, I was 90lbs heavier than our wedding day. I'm currently about 45, and I'm 26 weeks pregnant. I gained A LOT with our first son. I'm doing better with weight gain this time, but started out too heavy. Once my second is born, I'm going to continue eating right and focus on losing instead of maintaining and/or healthy gaining.

There were two "wake up" calls for me when I started gaining weight.  First, I would lay on the couch watching judge judy/judge alex/judge whatever.  I was addicted to those fricking shows.  Second, we went to a fall festival and went to ride the train.  It said the limit was 150 lbs.  I about died.  I was very close to 150, if not over, and so decided not to break the train, lol.  Long story short, I got a job that requires me to walk, stretch, bend, lift, etc. for five hours a day.  (I chose part-time instead of full-time.  Noway could I do all that for ten hours a day.)  I'm down to about 125 now.  I don't get paid much, but my payout is the weight loss and muscles that I'm gaining.  I am not disciplined enough to work out at home or at the gym.  This way, I get paid for exercising!  If this is an option for you, please take advantage of it.  Best of luck to you!

Oh, I forgot to expand on my first "wake up" call.  I would see my stomach growing before my eyes.  It was gross.

Since I been with him?

Less exercise with less time cos of children. More eating out and takeways. They are the main differences

100lbs in 3 years isn't weight creeping up on you.  That's a lot of weight in a short period of time.  Gaining that much weight that fast adds to the health risk that you are already subjecting yourself to. Time to adjust your lifestyle and start getting healthy. It can be done. It takes time, dedication and the desire to change yourself but it can be done.
