I have to pack DD's lunch. She has a egg allergy and doesn't eat sandwiches.

I was sending food that needed a little heating but they will no longer allow that.

Help!

Maybe quesadillas? They are still pretty good unheated.

Put food she WILL eat in a thermos. Make it steaming hot and it should be warm enough to eat by lunch time.

take the deli meat, some cheese, and make roll ups?  Celery and peanut butter or apples and peanut butter? Soups in a thermos?  I can eat cold chicken and pizza if I had to.  Salad with diced chicken or ham in it.

Sandwiches aren't good for you anyway.

use a thermos. It well open a world of possibilities

other options:
what about hummus? or a yogurt based dip and veggies? one of my sons loves a tuna salad and crackers. you could send cheese and crackers with fruit.

DD doesn't eat sandwiches either. We do lots of yogurt, whole grain muffins, apple slices, bananas, crackers, & Noodles in a thermos

Pasta & pizza dough both typically have eggs in them & need to be heated

I do yogurt & carrots , she doesn't like peanut butter either. She loves fruits & veggies. Hard to send just that though.
