Ds15 came home and said his teacher has a black eye and stitches. He said she told them she was cooking and tripped and fell. Hit her head and cut it. The kids asked him if her husband did it and she said no he was working and said her dad drove her to the er. I asked how long they talked about it and he said five minutes then they did the lesson.

I don't believe the teacher fell. I think it was domestic abuse and by comijgbto work she is glamorizing it with her black eye. I also think its wrong the teacher discussed her personal life at school. Its math. Not the time for talking about personal injuries. Don't waste the time. She should also stay home. DS said the docotor told her it would take two weeks to recover. She should stay home. A black eye is too distracting.

well, prove it was domestic violence, and then shame her for continuing on with her life, trying to remain normal...you suck

You're nuts. You know there is more than one way to get a black eye right?

I actually think it is good that she talked about it.if I were in that situation I would be concerned too, but by you interfering she could lose her job.

I don't think it is your business.   If her students learned to minid their own business she never would have spent 5 minutes explaining.
