how can I dry up my milk?

My milk came in today and god its painful!!!!  How can i dry it up a little faster?

Why not give it to your baby? That's what it's there for.

Wear a really tight sports bra.

I don't know.  My sister had the same problem after her first kid.  She said they hurt like hell.  She packed her boobs in ice to help with the pain.

Try packing them with cabbage leaves.

Never had to with that much milk. They used to give some nasty pill but don't anymore. My sister bound hers but ended up with a hellacious infection
