Ok so I started off weighing 204#, I started going to the gym and using my fitness pal. I've only lost 10# however I went from a size 16 to a 14 and my bra band at 40 is way to big now!
Also this is the bestest part of all.... I have not taken my diabetes meds for over a week and my sugars are staying around 114 and lower!!!!
