How would you feel about your child's step parent getting a tattoo with your child's name on their body?

I would be absolutely pissed unless they raised my child.

I personally hate the term step parent. You live with and help raise a child you are a parent.

No I wouldn't mind as long as they were actively involved in the child's life.

Upset. If I have joined custody with my ex or if I have primary custody, there is no reason to have my childs name on you. You are not the mother,

I personally believe its best for all to get along for the kids. But I also think this is a dig at the birth parent.

It would depend. On exdh's and her honeymoon? Eh, I wouldn't be thrilled. But considering there aren't any step parents in our equation- I can't say how I'd really feel about it.
