you need to get a lawyer and make better choices.

Get a lawyer, get a better custody agreement, request that you can speak to your son when he is with your ex and good luck.

Who said I made bad choices. I know lawyers aren't free.

Bad choices are allowing your child to go some place where you have no direct access to him. Lawyers are not free but you find a way to get one. There's no way that I would allow someone to take my child where I couldn't directly call and talk with him. I would also not get a six year old a phone. A child that young would no doubt lose said phone.

I say go back to court and make it part of the order that your chil;d calls you on X days at X times. This way, STBEXDH doesnt back out. It can be enforced.

If you go to court, they will say that you need a way to commincate.  Maybe set up an email account to use specifically for him.
