i for one think its a dam good idea. Most people against it are the bible thumping republicans.way to go Starbucks.i really dont know how they think there one gun would stop a mass shooter who is not only armed to the teeth but  wearing Kevlar and lots of protection. i also know here in the east coast they don't give out concealed carry permits like candy so not alot of people have them,

go starbucks or taking your buisness else where?

just to clarify they dont currently ban guns but they want to give gun owners the chance to not bring them in

I don't eat or drink anything that starbucks sells but I do like to see businesses ban guns so I would support them if I did.

In my town the Starbucks is owned and operated by a family that has a huge farm. Around here we are a small country town. Its not uncommon to see hunters walk in before a big hunt to get their coffee. Really depends on where you live.

I think it's great.

Every business has the right to tell people to stay the hell out if you have a weapon on you.

Just like I have the right to say don't come into my home if you have a weapon on you.

If you don't like it... go somewhere else you gun happy nuts.

They are asking people but have already said they are not enforcing the policy.
