Probably depends on what i was sent for. He would probably divorce me, as I would him too!

Probably not and I don't think I'd want him to. If I'm going to jail for 5 years, I clearly did something VERY wrong. I'd want him to be happy and move on, he would deserve better then me.

If he chose to stay faithful and wait for me, I would be very greatful but wouldn't think I deserve it.

I doubt it. But then again I wouldn't want him to be. Five years is a hell of a lot of time to wait for someone. And if I was stupid enough to do something dumb enough to get into jail I don't have the right to ask anyone to wait for me.

and I would be filing for divorce asap.
